This year's International Aerosol Modeling Algorithms Conference will be a hybrid event, with opportunities to attend in-person or virtually. We do hope you will join us in-person as we are excited to welcome you back to UC Davis after being fully virtual for our 2021 Conference.

  • In-Person: $450

Student Registration Rates (Undergraduate and Masters Students Only)
  • Early Bird and General Registration: $100
  • Late Registration: $150
  • NOTE: To received the Student Rate, you will be required to volunteer for the conference for a 4-hour shift. Please sign up here and then you will receive an email with the registration code.
  • Students can receive a discounted rate of $100-$150 for volunteering for one shift of the conference (~4 hour). Volunteering entails supporting the presenters, moderators and attendees during their session via a computer and helping with registration. Students can also volunteer the week after the conference by assisting with editing the conference recordings.

Registration Includes:

Both in-person and virtual registration will include all three-days of conference programming; all prices are for three days, there are no one-day tickets.

  • Admission to all sessions and activities Wednesday to Friday
  • Opportunity to ask questions of the presenters live and watch the recordings of the conference after the event.
  • Full access to the virtual event platform, Pheedloop
  • Networking opportunities to connect with colleagues
  • Digital copies of all approved presentations after the conclusion of the conference
  • A continental breakfast Wednesday through Friday (In-Person Only)
  • A catered lunch Wednesday and Thursday for networking with colleagues (In-Person Only)
  • A Wednesday night reception for poster viewing and research discussion, with small snacks and a complimentary drink ticket (wine, beer, and soda only) (In-Person Only)
  • Printed Program (In-Person Only)
  • Wi-Fi available throughout conference center (In-Person Only)
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation before August 31st: Registration amount minus a $50 handling fee
  • Cancellation between September 1st – October 31, 2023: Half of registration fees paid.
  • Cancellation November 1st and beyond: No cancellations will be accepted; however registration swaps will be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Substitutions can be made by contacting the conference organizer at oschlanger@ucdavis.edu. This must be done no later than November 21st, 2023.

Registration codes are provided to the technical program committee and speakers for their contributions to the conference activities.
